…of straight-up monogamous knitting. It's been interesting, but I'm not sure I'll be doing it again anytime soon…especially since I don't have an FO to show, just a nearly-finished (maybe?) WIP! Nevertheless, here we go on a most exciting WIP Wednesday post…
Halloween Snakes
The benefit of monogamous knitting is that I made some decent headway into these socks even as I was off galavanting for most of the week. Started from the toe and have finished both heels and am working my way up the leg. Still have a decent amount of yarn left so I should be able to have a nice leg and still have yarn leftover for a puff or two :)
Since I don't have many knitting photos this week I figured I'd give y'all a bonus pic of my number 1 co-pilot! :)
Yes, she really is the flipping cute about being in a non-moving car :) And no, not wearing a seatbelt,. just her fancy-fancy hardcore harness.
That's all I've got for ya today! Linking up with Ginny.
Awesome socks! I immediately thought of candy corn when I saw them. And a very cute puppy dog too <3
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Donna! I am totally in love with these socks…I've barely been able to put them down!
DeleteShe can be a bit rambunctious at times, but overall she is one of the most loving cuddle bugs around!
Your dog is so cute! And the socks are great too, looks like they're almost done.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful dog! What's her name?
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! My precious co-pilot is the one and only Hailey…aka Hailey-cakes, Bugsa, Bunsa, Hoover, HC, Bunny, Baby, Goofy Girl…etc. She has a lot of nicknames :)
DeleteLove those socks. They are perfect Halloween colors.
ReplyDeleteThank you! They were fun to wear!
