This was taped to the inside of one of my middle school music binders. I don't know why I still had middle school music binders lying around-but finding this was definitely worth it!

Its a rough one. But good dryland makes for better swimming so gotta stick with it as much as I can :)
DeleteEEgads, Planks! Um, that uses what are those things called, abdominal muscles? core strength? Yeah, I got none of that, ha! hehe. It's funny b/c a coworker and I agreed to do a few sets of planks over turkey day weekend and I totally forgot. how convenient!
