KUDOS TO you and your workout...The Plank looks tough to mehurray for swimmers....its a great workout.
Its a rough one. But good dryland makes for better swimming so gotta stick with it as much as I can :)
EEgads, Planks! Um, that uses what are those things called, abdominal muscles? core strength? Yeah, I got none of that, ha! hehe. It's funny b/c a coworker and I agreed to do a few sets of planks over turkey day weekend and I totally forgot. how convenient!
I definitely feel it in my upper body too!
