Lucky Duck

This beautiful swap package arrived for me from the super sweet Kathy B. over at irisheyesknitters.blogspot.com as part of the awesome TIS the Season swap hosted by the ever excellent Kim from handeyecraftstwo.blogspot.com. I am one lucky, lucky duck for sure! According to the USPS, my package should be arriving to my partner today so crossing my fingers she likes it! I am so excited for the Rowan, but making myself wait till after Christmas knitting is done to use it. I have already started making notes of the tablet and am so excited to put my bells up in just a few weeks! Hope everyone is having a wonderful Monday. Don't forget to go to the F to the O post to find out how to be entered into a pattern giveaway I'm hosting! Entries close on Friday so you still have plenty of time! :)

    1. I can't wait either. :) Currently, I'm leaning toward boot toppers and either a hat or mitts...but I may change my mind ;)

  2. Kathy had told me about the little bells --- they're so cute!

And, how did you know I had been out last Friday searching for gold buttons to go on a hat I just finished? Seriously --- this is almost kind of spooky.

  3. I'm so happy you love the Rowan. I think it is stunning when knit up into hats. Can't wait for you to enjoy it. I loved the little bells and making them expanded my knitting skills. :) It was a great swap!
