I've been having a tricky time figuring out what today's stretch would be…there are just so many that I love! Today's will be a simple one…hopefully, I'll be able to include pictures for more complicated ones in the future.
Basic Neck Stretch: Tuck the chin to chest. Interlace fingers and press against back of head to deepen the stretch. Release fingers and slowly rotate head to the right. Return to center and rotate left. Return to center and left up-you're done! I wasn't kidding about the simple bit! This is a great one if you've been typing all day or Netflixing or just not really moving your neck around. I also love it when I first wake up.
